RETURNS and REFUND POLICIES

Digital content purchased from CCGMP.com is not returnable. If you experience technical problems using the item you purchased, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem. Click HERE to see how to obtain technical support.

Print books purchased from CCGMP.com may be returned for full refund or exchange under these conditions:

Full refunds. You may return new, unopened print books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges. Any damaged or defective print book may be exchanged for a second copy of the identical book at no charge. We will ship the replacement book at our cost; please return the damaged or defective book to us, with all shipping charges prepaid, at Castle Connolly Graduate Medical Publishing, 17 Battery Place, Ste 643, New York NY 10004.
